Quite recently, I finished my part as mentor and coach in Music Estonia’s music business acceleration programme AMP for Music Estonia, that started back in October.

For the recent edition of Tallinn Music Week (29 Sep – 02 Oct 2021) I held a seminar on Career Financing and perspectives in a cultural environment that yet again has been shaken up so much in the past 1,5 years. I also hosted and moderated a high profile panel taking a closer look on the prophecy business, trying to find out what the „Talent Agency 2030“ might look like, with guests and friends Kalle Lundgren-Smith (Pitch&Smith), Nikita Lavrinenko (Playbook Artists), Natasha Padabed (More Zvukov) and Steven Matrick (New Colossus).
